TRAVER LAKES DAFFODIL BULB PLANTING
(FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENT)
Traver Lakes residents, here is an opportunity to get to know your neighbors and beautify your community!
Bring your neighbors and/or your family, and join us during one of the following dates to plant some flowers around the neighborhood. The Traver Lakes Board, with advice from, and in partnership with, the Conservation Committee, has purchased (at a reduced price) daffodil bulbs to plant throughout our TLCMA neighborhood.
Instead of just asking the regular volunteers, we invite all to participate in this effort. So that next spring when you are walking around the pond, or Commons, you can say, "look, there are the flowers we planted!"
Distribution of bulbs to be planted will be on Sat-Sun, October 19 and 20 from noon to 2 pm - at Clubhouse. Instructions will be provided during the bulb distribution.
Please indicate your interest in participating in planting the bulbs by emailing volunteer@traverlakes.com.

VILLAS MAINTENANCE UPDATE for 2502 - 2558 TRAVER BLVD ONLY
Villas Owners at 2502 — 2558 Traver Blvd
ColorOrCraft, LLC has already finished the siding repairs and is preparing to paint buildings 6 through 8 (the addresses listed above).
Painting will begin soon. The Board requests that you remove any exterior add-ons you have placed on your exterior walls (such as trellises, hose hangers) and move any furniture, plants, etc. away from the building siding.
Also, our contractor has informed us that many of the back yard areas among these addresses are heavily overgrown, causing difficulty for them to access the buildings with their painting ladders. Owners are required to cut back their trees, shrubs, and lawns within their fence line to make room for our contractors. Failure to do so will result in Traver Lakes Community Maintenance Association hiring contractors to do so, and charging the Association Member for the cost.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the actual contractor work, please call or text Gary (734) 892-6897
For any other concerns, contact hoa@traverlakes.com
