TRAVER LAKES 2025 ANNUAL MEETING - BOARD ELECTION RESULTS

Dear Traver Lakes Owners,

Following the 2025 Annual Meeting, we are pleased to announce the results of the Board of Directors election.

This year, the number of qualified candidates who submitted nominations (or volunteered as floor nominations) was equal to or less than the number of open board seats. As qualified candidates did not exceed available positions, those candidates were elected by acclamation without a formal ballot vote.

The following qualified candidates were nominated:

Jake Auerbach
Jane Cottey

Since the number of qualified candidates was equal to or less than the number of open seats, the Board formally declared these individuals elected by acclamation during its meeting on September 15, 2025.

Their terms will begin on September 16, 2025 and continue through the date of the 2027 Annual Meeting and Election.

We thank all members who participated in the process and welcome our newly elected directors.

The Annual Meeting presentation will be posted on the traverlakes.com website within the next few days.

POOL UPDATE: The 2025 Pool Season has completed

Thanks to our staff and everyone else that helped make this a great pool season.

Current pool passes will be used for the 2026 season.

The current pool passes will still be used until our card reader system is ready.

NIXON ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT UPDATE

The City of Ann Arbor Nixon Road Improvement Project Phase 1 has been completed. The section of Nixon Road from Huron Parkway to Bluett Road is now open to travel. Phase 2 of the project, from Bluett Road to Traver Blvd. will commence in Spring 2026.

COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER CALLOUT

The Traver Lakes Conservation Committee has been moving forward in efforts to beautify our commons areas and protect our native plant and tree species.

There are many opportunities for community members to get involved. Not only will you be helping to make these efforts a success, but you will gain a sense of fulfillment, enjoy our natural surroundings, and get to know your conservation-conscious neighbors,

NEWSLETTERS HAVE STARTED AGAIN

The Board has restarted periodic newsletters to notify residents on pertinent information. Newsletters will be sent by email to all members with TraverLakes.com accounts. They will also be posted as a pdf document on the “Newsletters” page. If you do not currently have a website account, please click the “Register” link on the top right of this home page and set up an account. You will receive a welcome email, once your eligibility has been determined, indicating your account has been enabled.

TLCMA BOARD MEEETINGS

Meetings are always held the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm at the club house.

If you have anything to bring to the board's attention (questions, concerns, suggestions, etc.), please use the Contact Page as soon as possible to send a message to the approriate people and we will address it and get back to you. If you do not have access to the Member sections please email to propertymgr@traverlakes.com to have your member information vetted.
